You know those moments where you just want to cook something but you can't? Specifically why you can't is because you are in Barge staring at the different tiles on the ceiling? Granted maybe not all of you can relate with me in this moment because not every reader of my blog has been stuck in Barge (BJU's hospital/infirmary) counting the tile on the ceiling....So please

I have been told that Coconut Cake is a Southern Staple during easter....Granted I can't remember who told me that, but i'm sure someone did.
